This five-day course teaches practical leadership skills for mixed-location, mixed-schedule teams. It focuses on clearer priorities, better meetings, reliable feedback, and consistent team performance. Participants work on real problems and leave with templates and routines they can use immediately.

2. Run efficient hybrid and asynchronous meetings using agendas, roles, and decision logs.
3. Give timely, actionable feedback and conduct fair performance conversations with a repeatable approach.
4. Coach direct reports to improve skills and autonomy using a structured one-on-one routine.
5. Resolve conflicts and lead change using practical decision and accountability frameworks.
